I have a 1987 Suzuki Samurai for sale. Some work still needs to be done to it so that’s why I have the price where it is.
What I’ve done:
Rebuilt engine completely
replaced rear brake shoes
Replaced ujoint on front driveshaft
Installed the 6.5 Sami t-case low range gears in transfer case
New tires on the vehicle, less than 5,000 miles (31″)
5″ over axel leaf spring lift
replaced oil pump, water pump, crankshaft, flywheel, clutch, head gasket, belts, starter
Aftermarket weber carb
What needs to be done:
Headlights are out, can’t figure out why
Soft top leaks a little bit (it’t the original)
Little bit of a belt sounding squeak at startup. quickly goes away.
wear and tear of body
needs new paint job, not terrible
cable to transfer case isn’t working, so odometer is out
ujoint on rear driveshaft is busted (it was the original)
front brake pads need replacing, front right cylinder is grinded down
*The vehicle is not drivable right now because of the ujoint problem mentioned above
80,9xx miles
<3,000 miles after engine rebuilt (4 cylinder)
I’m moving to Missouri in december and am not taking this with me, so I need this gone.
