VEHICLE SUMMARY
This Samurai is thoughtfully outfitted and is an awesome trail rig. All appointments & upgrades have been carefully planned. I put together a Samurai with good street manners with very good offroad capabilities. Myron at Zuks Offroad (ZOR) completed the difficult upgrades on this vehicle. The Samurai is equipped with a 100 HP multi-port fuel injected Suzuki Sidekick engine and a matching transmission to back the added power. The powertrain work was done professionally by ZOR. Full length Jeep YJ springs were added give it a very plush, flexible ride with lots of articulation. Adjustable Rancho RS 9000 shocks allow for great control on the road and flexibility off the road.

This Samurai is a very complete over-lander and is ready to go as is. It has been garaged since I purchased it. It is an Arizona vehicle. It has no body rust. I bought it with 40K miles on the ODO. The chassis has 45K on it. The engine and transmission have 79K miles on them and run flawlessly. It has been lightly used by me and well taken care of. It was in exceptional condition when I purchased it.

We are outgrowing it and I have moved into a different trail vehicle. The vehicle has a clean, open title with no liens or encumbrances. Serious inquires only please. BODY BLEMISHES
1. The vehicle has the original paint from 1988. Need I say more.
2. Two very small dents in the passenger door (pictured.)
3. One small dent near the window pillar on the driver door (pictured.)

POWERTRAIN
Engine:
1. 1995 Suzuki Sidekick 1.6 16V multi-port fuel injected 4 cyl engine professionally installed by ZOR.
-All of the stock 1995 Suzuki Sidekick emissions, intake and exhaust systems were integrated into this Samurai. It passes Maricopa County emissions beautifully.
2. Aluminum radiator offers superior cooling over stock – all coolant hoses recently replaced
3. 12″ Samurai Flex-a-Lite electric Fan with LROR Aluminum fan housing with manual override switch in the cab
4. 1995 Suzuki Sidekick engine ECU/electrics
5. 120A high output alternator
6. Optima brand red top main battery
7. Odyssey brand accessory battery
8. Blue Sea Systems marine fused battery isolation system
9. 6AWG charge system wiring

Transmission:
1. 1995 Suzuki Sidekick 5 speed transmission and new clutch professionally installed by ZOR

Transfer Case:
1. Installed case is stock
2. Mounted in a Trail Tough Mighty Kong transfer case mount/skid plate with Trail Tough solid mounts
3. Uninstalled case has been cleaned, packaged and comes with a Trail Tough Sumo 4.16:1 gear set. 84% low range reduction, 12% high range reduction. Equipped with one piece Japanese made billet gears.

Axles:
1. Third members have 4.56 gears in them (rebuilt buy ZOR)
2. Front Birfields have new seals, felt and bearings (rebuilt by ZOR)
3. Front hubs have been regularly maintained and have new seals
4. Front and rear wheel bearings and seals replaced by ZOR
5. ZOR Crabs differential covers front and rear

SUSPENSION
1. Spring under axle 5″ Suspension lift with Jeep YJ springs front & rear
2. Rancho RS9000 adjustable shock absorbers
3. Hankook Dynapro mud terrain 30×9.50 tires (500 miles)
4. Black steel 15″ modular wheels (500 miles)
5. 1995 Suzuki Sidekick power steering system (box, pump reservoir)

4. Suzuki mirrors made by Suzuki Japan – These are high quality Suzuki Mirrors made for a Suzuki Jimny. They are a taller mirror than the stock Samurai mirror and offer much better visibility. They are not cheap knockoffs.

INSTRUMENTATION
1. Longacre Racing Accutech coolant temperature, oil pressure and voltage stepper motor gauges with built in, programmable warning lights
2. SMi™ Stepper motor gauges use a small electronic motor that only turns a tiny fraction of a rotation to drive the pointer. It is electronically controlled and is much more precise than the traditional mechanical instruments whose accuracy can be affected by many factors.
3. Standard Samurai Speedometer, Tachometer, fuel level and coolant temperature gauges function flawlessly
