Last year I did an overhaul of the engine and other worn parts. I rebuilt most of the engine except the cylinders / pistons because they looked good. This vehicle sat most of its life before I became the owner a few years ago.
41610 miles
The interior is all original with obvious wear from the last 36 years.
It has spent its life in the West and doesn’t have any rust.
The following have been replaced with new parts:
2 valves
Timing belt
Head gasket
Oil pump
Water pump
Clutch
Flywheel
Exhaust Manifold
Catalytic Converter
Muffler
Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
Gas tank sending unit
New spark plugs and wires
All new hoses and vacuum lines
All new oil, trans fluid, coolant
It has a rebuilt stock carburetor.
The engine runs but needs to be tuned / timed by a professional before it is driven long distances.
4×4 and transmission work and shift great.
The tires will last a bit longer but are old and need to be replaced sometime in the near future.
It would be a fantastic candidate for EV conversion as well. I am selling because I don’t have the time to finish working on it.
