This is my newly rebuilt 1986 Suzuki samurai. Everything on it works and its already passed smog 🙂
Attached tow bar so you can drive or tow it home and to trails.
I had the engine rebuilt and only put 1,000 miles on it since and have the rebuild receipts and one year warranty.
Ive replaced the clutch also and have receipts. The leaf springs are brand new lift springs and are old man emu brand (google them) on brand new powder coated boomerang lift shackles which gives about 4 inches lift. The front and rear bumpers are also powder coated for added strength.
All this along with rebuilt steering knuckles, new battery and carb and all fresh fluids makes it pretty close to new mechanically.
Its rust free with the exception of one small spot on the hood. The seats aren’t great either but seat covers would do the job. Its basically mechanically completely new and just needs some minor cosmetics.
Also has offroad lights, has 2 piece hard top($1,000 new), bimini top and the doors come off also like a jeep.
If you’re going to buy a Suzuki samurai and the engine is not rebuilt like this one you are likely going to get a very tired engine, 25 years old with half a million miles on it that will likely, one day soon, need rebuilding. Skip the cost, inconvenience and hassle with mine.
For w.e reason years ago it got a salvage title. There is no damage and it makes no difference as youll see if you come see it!
I’m not in any hurry to sell so if you plan to lowball, don’t bother because I won’t respond.
