1988 Suzuki Samurai TinTop 5speed manual transmission. Completely stock suspension.

Purchased in July of 2019. Only used handful of times. Planned to restore it and accumulated a ton of parts in the process. Have fixed and added some parts along the way. All uninstalled Samurai specific parts, originals and spares are included (listed below).

Unknown mileage as speedometer has not worked during our ownership. Engine runs very strong. Transmission shifts great with no grinds or pop outs. Low range transfer case works great. Manual locking front hubs work great. Heat and rear defroster work. Windshield wipers work. All lights work. No AC. The speedometer, tachometer and original 1988 radio do not work.

Painted lime green (Kawasaki color) with black roof and a rhino lined interior prior our purchase. Paint is not perfect but looks great from 10ft away. Some chips, scratches and dings throughout. Used to be factory light blue, as seen in engine bay pictures. Shows very well and gets a lot of attention. White seats were already installed when I purchased it, they are pretty comfortable with surprisingly good support and do slide back and forth. No rear seat, did not come with one .

Not much rust and none of it is structural. Defiantly a top tier example in comparison to most Samurai’s I’ve seen. Cannot stress enough how well it runs, stops, shifts and wheels. Had big plans for it but other projects got in the way. Looking to pass it onto a good home. Easy entry level resto or offroad project for cheap. Lots of good parts are already installed and/or included. These are getting harder to find in good shape. Took couple months to find this one. TinTop’s have that cool mini G Wagon look.
