Selling my 86 Suzuki Samurai.
Front – 3 link with pan hard, 14″ 175 lbs QA1 coils, Bilstien 5150 shocks, links painted in hammer rite paint
Rear – 4 link, 14″ 175 lbs QA1 coils, Bilstien 5150 shocks, links painted in hammer rite paint
Front Axle – 84 Toyota solid axle, 27 spline long fields, lockrite locker, 5.29 gears, upper truss, drain plug shaved with new hole on top, birfield gussets, reinforced steering stops, vented to engine compartment, painted in hammer rite paint
Rear Axle – Toyota IFS rear axle with new Trail Gear chromoly axles, 5.29 gears.
Steering — Sky Manufacturing crossover steering arms with stock 2.0 pump drilled out for more flow with hydraulic assist, fluid cooler.
Motor – Suzuki 2.0 out of a vitara, approx. 50,000 miles when pulled from donor, trail tough harness.
Drive train – RingR adapter to 5 speed Toyota W56, dual toyota transfercase with stock gearing in both, High Angle drive lines front and rear
Brakes – electric line locks on both front and rear brake lines, Sky Manufacturing disc brake conversion with Cadillac calipers.
Body – body has been stretched 18.25″ just behind the targa, floor, sides and rails were all spliced in from a donor body so everything matches and lines up very nicely, Custom built internal roll cage built using 1.50 x .120 wall DOM mates to the frame in 2 locations and to the rock sliders in 1, tube front clip 1.50 x .120 wall DOM, bolts to door hinges, frame and shock tower, no rust on the body at all, very clean and straight, hood has one small dent
Armor – Shrockworks front bumper modified to match front clip, rear bumper with extra spare tire latch to secure it from wobbling, highlift jack mount, jerry can mount, removable mud flap mounts, rock sliders that have been lengthened to match body stretch, rear tubes to protect sheet metal attached to sliders and rear bumper
Tires & Wheels – 36×13.5×15 radial Iroks, brand new spare, Staun internal beadlocks on all four wheels.
