I never thought I would do it but it has come time to sell my Samurai. I have had it since around 2001. When I got it it was completely stock with 113k. I am pretty sure it had the factory tires still. It now has 179k, and is well built. I could say it has too many mods to list, but that seems lazy so I will give it a shot:

As for what’s wrong with it, well I did have pretty much all the rust cut out of it when I painted it but the paint is a little faded on the hood and there are some minor rust issues starting on the body again. Also noticed a rust spot on the frame where there is a doubler behind the passenger front wheel. There is an intermittent noise from the left rear wheel. I think maybe the axle is slightly bent causing the brake springs to make noise. I have probably put several thousand k since that started.
It is not currently insured. We could put a day permit on if you are serious. I am going to stay pretty firm on price. No trades, with the possible exception of something cool worth 200$-300$ ish. Maybe a rifle scope or a tiny outboard for my canoe.

*edit* I also have a complete 1988 turbo diesel jetta that could be included if interested. I used to drive it but after some intermittent starting issues I parked it with plans to swap the motor into the sammy. Car is located in Port Alberni and is not drivable.
